About
Built in Sri Lanka,
for Sri Lanka
PASUMBIYA started from a simple frustration: existing expense trackers weren't built for how people in Sri Lanka actually manage money. So we built our own.
The story
Most personal finance apps are built for Western markets — dollars, euros, and spending habits that don't reflect the Sri Lankan reality. They're either too complex, too expensive, or simply not localised for LKR.
PASUMBIYA was built to fill that gap. A clean, fast, and genuinely useful expense tracker designed around how people here actually spend — cash wallets, multiple bank accounts, FriMi, and daily transactions in rupees.
We believe good financial tools should be accessible to everyone, not just people who can afford premium subscriptions. That's why the core product is free, and why we keep the interface simple enough that anyone can pick it up in minutes.
What we believe
Built for Sri Lanka
LKR currency, local context, and an understanding of how people actually manage money here. Not a generic global app.
Simple by design
Every feature earns its place. We removed everything that adds complexity without adding value.
Privacy first
Your financial data is yours. We use row-level security so no one — not even us — can see your records.
Free to start
The core product is free forever. We want everyone to have access to good financial tools, not just those who can pay.
